JAGUAR Now Fund, Inc is a Georgia-based micro-investment learning fund. Our purpose is to provide informative (and often entertaining) research and education, as well as opportunities, to our community of like-minded Shareholders and Board Members. In turn, we pool funds to support economics development opportunities in communities of African descent.
Founded as a group investment fund for aggregating resources around various social media and internet-based ventures, JAGUAR Now Fund shares with Shareholders and Board Members, information and perspective on opportunities in various markets such as technology startups, land development, urban agriculture, renewable energy, logistics, cryptocurrencies, metals, and media content.
Founded on Juneteenth 2020, JAGUAR Now Fund is dedicated to realizing the promise of financial freedom through the principles of group economics, collective work, and generational wealth.

Brown
Eric L has been at the ground floor of startups in various industries ranging from IT to Real Estate. Currently, he is the founding broker for Sankofa Brokers, an international business brokerage firm. The firm operates brokerage activity in industries such as transportation, logistics, precious metals and gems, communications and construction. He has studies from worldclass institutions such as the University of Texas, Austin and Georgia State University. Eric L is also the founder of the International Association for the Advancement of Digital Logistics; a non-profit blockchain logistics research and development institution; and cofounder of Agoji Defense, innovators in family defense strategies.

Illumani is a New Orleans born Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker and Small Business Consultant; committed to creating generation wealth for the Black Family. She has served 10 years in the US. Air Force, and earned advanced degrees in Business Management from the University of New Orleans and Strayer University of New Orleans while on duty. Illumani has over 26 years experience in various industries, to include Healthcare, Information Technology, Education and Small Business Management. She the Founder and President of A Dream Determined - a nonprofit organization; owner of IMK Johnson Management & Consulting; TruMANI Apparel; and Agoji Defense cofounder.
